Upon powering on the tablet it will not respond when I tap anywhere on the screen and is unresponsive to any user interface applied to the tablet's touch screen.

After plugging tablet into power supply to re-charge, the battery will not re-charge and no response from the device to indicate the battery is re-charging.

Ematic EGQ337: My ematic laptop starts up in the Shell menu and don't do anything els

My ematic laptop only starts up in some menu with the word shell>?! I reset it and after that it stopped starting up normally and will only start up with the shell menu?! I have no idea what happened? Can anyone help me bring it back to its original self? I only used it for a couple weeks and haven't been able to use it since. Tried everything that I could think of or find online about it but nothing happens and this has me confused! 🤨😒
