Electrolux Refrigerator: Frigidaire refrigerator not cooling enough (Condenser coil is cold!)

Hi, I have an 8-year old Electrolux Frigidaire top freezer refrigerator, Model: NFTR18X4LWA.

Recently, both the freezer and the fridge are not cold enough. There is cold air blowing in both compartments, but freezer only gets to around 32F degree. Door sealing is fine.

I cleaned the dirt around condenser coil and compressor/fan at the back bottom, did not help.

Compressor lightly hot (ok to touch by hand), compressor fan is running, but condenser coil is cool: I feel that's the problem. The pipe connecting the compressor and condenser coil is hot close to the compressor side, but then quickly cools down before it gets to the 1st loop of condenser coil. The pipe (going into the freezer) besides the compressor is cold but not frozen.

Will I have to replace the compressor and/or condenser coil?

Can I assume the evaporator coil/fan etc in the freezer are good? We can feel cold air blowing (just not getting below 30F degree). Thanks!

Electrolux ENN2801EOW: Fridge Freezer stopes working after 15s, starts every 7min for 15s

Electrolux Fridge Freezer 70/30 integrated 54cm stopped cooling.

It has lights and touch panel works fine.

Starting it it gives sound that motor might be working but after 15s there is a click sound and it stops. It repeats same click sound like relay switching on every 7 min and after15s there is a click sound again and it stops.

Booking engineer will take weeks, tempted to order spare parts from Electrolux, but not sure what might be the faulty one?

https://shop.electrolux.co.uk/search?pag...

PNC: 92550302103

Update: now in the evening is every 4min, interesting thing is if I turn it on, it clicks .. running .. 15s - clicks again and is not working. I I turn off fridge it still clicks after 4min. If I plugged it again it would be the same thing. I sounds like some kind of protection - like mechanical thermostat.

Electrolux Refrigerator: Electrolux Refrigerator Not Cooling and making Clicking Sound

I brought this fridge (150 litres) around one & half years back. I was not at home since last 3 days. When I came back last night, I found that the fridge and freezer are not not at all cool. Everything kept inside the fridge was warm.

I tried unplugging and plugging it back but nothing worked out. Then I noticed a little click sound and then humming sound coming from lower back of the refrigerator, may be from the compressor. It keeps happening every 1-2 minutes. There was little dust. I cleaned it with a dry cloth. But again nothing good happened.

Now I have switched off the fridge. Please suggest me, what can be done? Should I call a repairman or it can be repaired by self?

Thanks for your time!

Electrolux Refridgerator: New refrigerators made poorly?

I have replaced my refrigerator twice in the last 6 years at our seasonal summer cottage. The refrigerator is turned off, unplugged over the winter months. I was told when the last one failed (maytag) that they use thinner lines in the refrigeration system and that the lack of circulation of coolant allowed the line to corrode. The newer refrigerator ( frigidaire) acts like it also is lacking refrigerant. Is this a common problem? Is there a brand that doesn’t have this weakness

Electrolux Refrigerator: My freezer not staying cold

i have an electrolux fridge model wwtr1802kwe. When my compressor runs my freezer freezes to -17 or so. After it shuts off over time my freezer goes to like the fridge temp of like 35 This is with the temp set to coldest. So like a fridge and freezer at same temp. I changed the temp control thermostat. I set temp to normal after being unplugged for a few days and it started , ran and cooled normally and after a while freezer warm again. i turned knob to coldest setting and compressor started and freezer cooled ok until over time freezer now warm again . Condenser and evap fans run and coils are clean and no ice in evap coils. Could this be a starting relay controller or starting capacitor problem. The fridge is about 10 years old and i have another the same that works fine after 10 years. They are not really expensive fridges so i dont want to spend a lot to repair. any thoughts would be appreciated..

Electrolux Refrigerator: How to remove cover plate on water dispenser of Electrolux Icon model

I need to replace the water actuator on my Electrolux Icon Model E23CS78GPS1. Most youtube videos show this repair on different models that show screws holding on the cover plate but I think mine has tabs. Any hints of where those tabs are and the safest way to pop them? Thanks.

ELECTROLUX Refrigerator EI28BS56I: Fridge / Freezer is warmer - Electrolux French Refrigerator

Model: Electrolux EI28BS80KS.

I have set the fridge temperature to 4 degree celsius & freezer to -15 celsius for my normal use.

My top section (fridge) of refrigerator is getting warm and goes max upto 14 celcius. I initiated the defrost cycle by pressing (-) and (+) temperature buttons. After completing the defrost cycle, the fridge temperature came down to normal 4 degree celsius. But after about 2 hr time temp went up again to 10 degrees.

I also noticed that Freezer is also not that cold. Ice creams are soft. So looks like even it is showing -15 celsius, the freezer is not that cold.

Can you please help me to diagnose the problem.
