I haven’t been able to get the blade to rotate and start working. I removed the head, lubricated everything, and checked the cables. The engine runs and sounds great, but the blades still aren’t moving. I don’t know what else to try.

Is there a washer on back side of blade guard]]> Is there a washer on the backside of blade guard as there is on blade side of the blade guard? Believe there is a washer that cradles on top of shaft bearing.
