Eclipse 180BL: MP3 Player with bad port

I have 2 of these. (One went bad and I bought a second one which also went bad)

Port went bad on both so I can’t charge or retrieve files.

I disassembled both to gain direct access to the battery but am unsure how to proceed.

(Unfortunately, these have a ton of files whose backups I have lost or I wouldn’t bother.)

Eclipse 180BL: How can I get my Mp3 to stay on?

I have to hold the button in the middle to keep it on. If i don’t it turns off, its pretty much useless since i cant use the center button. It does hold a charge. Mine is actually a MYMAHDI M230

Eclipse 180BL: Cannot copy or sync music from media player

When I try to copy, sync music files from media player or computer library music files, I keep getting 0x8007045SD I/O device error. What am I doing wrong? I successfully installed music files on earlier version of Eclipse 180pro

My mp3 files sound like they are distorted until I have to force my headphone into the headphone port. I tried to use different headphones but the problem still continues.

I bought the media player about a month ago, and I have noticed the decrease in battery life, why?

I try and push the volume up and down buttons to increase/decrease the volume but nothing happens. I tried different headphones, but still nothing.
