ECOVACS DA5G: The vacuum is circling.

Hi, I recently had the vacuum fan motor replaced. After I picked it up, I found that the vacuum started circling or not moving forward less smoothly. I also found that one wheel seems quite new but the other looks very old. I cleaned the sensors but the problem was not fixed. Do I need to replace the old looking wheel (one wheel seems old and other seems new)? Thank you!
