Dyson Small Ball: How to place plastic parts and springs in mains switch and roller bar

I had to shorten the flex due to damage just as it entered the device. Located in the flex restrictor. As a result I had to take to red and grey switch apart. A number of plastic parts and a couple of springs came loose and I am toiling to locate the right positions.

Dyson Helpdesk were unable to help as it was deemed too technical for home repair.
