My V10 suddenly stopped working. No gradual run down of battery but just stopped..I bought a new battery. I have fully charged blue lights on the battery but still not working. No blockages etc. it's just out of guarantee and hardly used. Filters are clean etc. Am I to assume it's a motor problem and is it best to dump it and buy a Shark as I would never waste my money again on Dyson. I can't see what is actually left of it to be wrong if it is not the battery or the filters etc

Please can anyone help before i put more rubbish in the landfill and buy a Sgark?

Hi y'all,

The wand (long tube) is stuck onto the body (main vacuum and waste bin) of my Dyson v10. I've tried using a screwdriver and other small tools to poke around the red release button that attaches the wand to the body but haven't had any luck releasing it.

Any recommendations?
