Dyson Ball Multi Floor Upright: Wand has no suction

My wand is not sucking. I took the hose completely off and it appears that the connecting hose at the base where the wand hose connects at the base. I have checked all hoses and the wand, there is not any blockages.

When using the dyson animal vacuum in upright mode (not the pull out hose), I am not getting suction. When I utilize the hose which you pull out of the handle, I have suction.

Dyson Ball Animal: Why does my brush bar not spin?

I have recently replaced the entire head module after the old one burned out and things were working good for a few months. Now the brush bar has stopped working again. The issue started with the brush bar spinning intermittently when I lowered the handle to engage to brush bar. The brush bar would only engage when I held the handle at certain angles. Now it won’t engage at all. When I remove the head I still have suction. I suspect this might be a wiring issue. Any ideas on what parts need replaced?

I gotta carpet piece tangled in it and when I got it loose I noticed the brush isn’t spinning anymore. I cleaned everything out but it still isn’t working, is there a drive belt for the brush head?

WHen It's upright the hose works fine, but when running (normal use) it seems to not have good vacuum. Is there a seal that's possibly broken? Where are the most common failures?

My Dyson Ball multi floor is not sucking I went through the entire thing did not find any clogs that I pull off the the catcher the round tube and clean the filters out of that clean the HEPA filter pulled the side of the ball often see anything cotton that filter went through all the tubing and didn’t find anything in there it turns on and the brushes flick but it’s not sucking from the front side sucking from the top side so it’s sucking out we’re supposed be blowing in

Dyson Ball Animal 2: How can I clean the purple part on the inside canister?

I read the suggestions for the other Dyson and that is not the same as this one that does not open up that way with this as far as I can tell I can unscrew it the purple part from the underneath if I had the right well basically they're stripped and I need to just get them out and get all new Dyson screws does anyone know the right tool for Dyson screws and how to buy more or if I can just replace the entire purple canister in the middle I don't know but there's got to be a way to keep it clean throughout it doesn't open up The filter in the center doesn't even get dirty and it doesn't have much suction

The white trigger inside the brush bar trigger and on switch shifted inside the on trigger. I have taken it apart and can't put it back together. Any suggestions?

Used the extension hose to dust cabinets and along wall. After one use the ball area heats up. Let it rest, checked ball and canister filter which appeared clean. good suction from wand , still heats up after about 5 to 10 minutes. It is new , should the ball filter area heat up. Where else do I check for a blockage. Is it a defect???

I have a DC41 which operates normally except if I try to use the wand the suction is so powerful I can’t even extend it out to use. I looked over everything and there are no blockages as far as I can tell. It’s quite frustrating.

Dyson Ball Animal: Loud grinding noise from ball

This happened mid yesterday while vacuuming stairs (if that’s relevant)- so there’s a bit of jostling the vacuum around as I go up the steps. Halfway up, ball starts making a loud grinding noise that makes me afraid to run it. Let it cool down and it sounded even worse when starting back up. It’s not the whistling noise others describe and it isn’t just upon start and stop. Wondering if there’s something I can do before reaching out for professional repair.
