Dymo LabelManager 280: Keeps saying jammed tape but the tape isn't jammed. Just bought this.

I try to print a label and it gives me the error for label jam. Removed the tape, pulled it up a little, made sure there's no obstructions and still no luck.

Dymo LabelManager 280: My device language or region is wrong and I can't find the settings.

I accidentally set my language wrong and can't read the screen.

The keyboard is the wrong layout, so when I press the Y/Z z key, it shows the opposite letter.

Dymo LabelManager 280: Why is my alphabet coming up with Spanish characters

After typing some numbers I switched back to use the alphabet letters and in the box showing what is up it shows (a+). When I try to type an X it comes up N with ~ over it.

Dymo LabelManager 280: Printer head not adjusting itself to the label

Watching a video about this product, I realize that the print head is automatically adjusted to the label when you close the back. Mine worked fine, but it no longer adjusts itself back. Do you have a guide on how to fix this?
