Droid Ultra XT1080: Screen is broken and directions needed for replacement

I need step by step directions on how to replace the screen on the Droid Ultra, I have found several videos but nothing as descriptive as what you've put on here just to replace the front of the phone so I was hoping you could give me step by step directions on how to replace the screen. I know that I can follow those directions to a point to take the phone apart, I know how to get the broken glass and old screen off but I am very unclear as to how to put the new screen on properly. My email is siepow3850@gmail.com, thank you.

Droid Ultra XT1080: Can I recover my data?

I have an old droid ultra that stopped working a while back. I'm trying to recover my pictures and videos. It seems to be bricked. It turns on but stops at the motorola screen and will loop there sometimes ot just stay there. I can go into fastboot mode but anything I do just loads to the motorola screen again...any suggestions? Also I don't believe usb debugging was turned on. The phone is not being recognized when I plug it into my pc u less it's in fastboot and even then it doesn't know what the device is. It just beeps like I connected a device and doesn't install any drivers.

Droid Ultra XT1080: Are the display and glass fused as one unit?

Hi, my friend is giving me a droid ultra but it is cracked and i might want to replace it in the future. i have one question though are the display and glass fused as one unit or are the seperate? it would be nice to only replace the glass cause the touch buttons at the bottom only the back button works. the home and multitask buttons dont work at all anymore.
