I disassembled to trouble shoot. Power leads coming in read zero volts with good battery connected. Once motor was removed from housing I connected battery and motor switches on without trigger, twitching forward and reverse but smoke comes from motor and metal housing got hot immediately. I’m assuming a short somewhere. Any help would be great appreciated.
