Dreame H12: Dreame H12 Dual How to disassemble and clean the engine unit

I accidently vacumed a huge amount of some powder, now I want to open the engine unit and do some dry cleaning inside
Does anyone know how I can disassmble it safely?

Dreame L10s Ultra: Water not dispensing from base. Typical troubleshooting not working

I have the Dreame Robot L10s Ultra robot. It is great except recently water stopped dispensing from the base. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps I could find online with no luck. I took it apart and was able to get it to dispense once but then it wouldn’t dispense anymore after that. I’m suspecting the water pump is losing prime somehow. Is there anywhere (besides the manufacturer) that I can send a MOP robot to for repair?

The manufacturer has a lot of really bad service reviews so I am reluctant to go through them (it is out of warranty now as well)

I am located in United States but would pay for out of country shipping if it wasn’t too expensive and was a very reputable repair service.
