Dragon Touch Y88X Plus Device Page: Tablet will not turn on and will not show its charging

I am trying to find a way to contact the manafacture, shipping co, anything for help with it since its was just purchased in April 1. TabletExpress website does not load for me to even try and get a support site or email, any help would be appreciated.

I have the dragon tablet and it works for a few then shuts down. Then once it rebots there are updates happening. I have cleared it and done a system rebot (wiped clear) any ideas

Did a hard reset work great now when I turn it goes to the dragon touch logo then it goes blank goes back to the logo then blank again how do it to work normal again

I bought this Dragon Touch y88x plus Disney Edition and the colors that the screen display are ALL MESSED UP! They keep changing colors and the flickering and lines keep appearing. What can I do to fix this!?!? Help! It was a bday gift for my grandson...

I have a box which comes on the screen when it has loaded up and it says

` unfortunately, the process com. google. process. gapps has stoped`

when I press the OK it just reappeares and I can not get any further with the device.

I have tried the reboot but it keeps coming back please help someone thanks
