I had the tablet charging for over an hour and it still would not turn on. I'm not sure if it's the charger or the battery.

The tablet touch screen is unresponsive and pressing the power button doesn't work either. I thought if I waited long enough, it would start working properly again but it hasn't. What do I do?

So a few days ago my charger cord ended up going dead, (meaning i have to move it to a certain position in order for it to work.) i didn't really mind until last night when my tablet battery was at one percent so i turned it off. Next day the cord doesn't work at all, and using other cords around my house don't work either. (I use USB cords the most.) And a few minutes ago i just noticed that the usb port, whenever i unplug a cord i already have, it seems to have moved a certain way.

Do let me know what you think it might be.

Dragon Touch M10X: Tablet Screen wont respond to tap

So i accidentally spilled milk onto the scree and IMMEDIATELY turned in off, and when i turned it back on the screen was really not responding at all, only in certan spots, and the thing is i think it was doing it before the milk spilled. So i don't know what to do. Hopefully theres a fix out there someone that doesn't involve reseting the ENTIRE TABLET, so do comment below your fixes please.

I am trying to find a way to contact the manafacture, shipping co, anything for help with it since its was just purchased in April 1. TabletExpress website does not load for me to even try and get a support site or email, any help would be appreciated.

I have the dragon tablet and it works for a few then shuts down. Then once it rebots there are updates happening. I have cleared it and done a system rebot (wiped clear) any ideas

Dragon touch max 10 Android 9. I have google voice, zoom, and Facebook messenger but I can not hear any incoming sound from a call. They can hear me just fine. Also YouTube, Netflix, and any other streaming service works fine

I have an old dragon touch e97 tablet. it is unused since many years. I tried charging it . the logo appeared for some time and dissapeared . but I can still see some light in the displat. also the power button feels hollow. it doesnt give click sound or doesnt function , it feels hollow, but I noticed that ttge menu button when pressed gives light around it . I coudnt find the original charger so I am charging it with some other charger with same cable. also I can feel that current is flowing because I can sense very very mild heat on the tablet. it is neither bulged

We use the tablets (DRAGON TOUCH MX10) as teaching tools for children due to their affordability and decent functionality for the price. unfortunately the first thing to break after the screen is the power/volume strip. Can anyone please tell us the model # for a replacement part. If not factory part, any compatible sensor would do. Our budget is extremely limited. any assistance will be welcomed. Please see pic for clarity.

Dragon Touch M10X: need to replace power/volume flex cable for dragon touch M10X.

have been trying unsucessfully to contact Dragontouch’s customer service for advice replacing the ripped power/volume flex cable. ALL that is needed is the model number to the part or a part that cn be used in its place. Please see attached pics if it will help.
