But the latch bolt, for no obvious reason, no longer retracts on the strike plate when we close the door unless we move the lever. It doesn’t matter if the Flex Lock is locked or unlocked. The outside operation - lock, unlock states - is normal. The door closer can no longer close the door without operating the lever, which renders the ADA door closer function useless. The door, hinges, lock, and door closer work perfectly and the batteries are fresh. Just the latch bolt stops the door from latching by itself when the door closes.

What do I need to do help please
