Dolce Gusto Genio: Unit does not discharge water, even without a pod in place.

Tried cleaning the jet - no improvement.

Sounds like the pump is working. Maybe an air-lock in the water system?? Unit has been idle for at least one month.

Can someone provide detailed steps for identifying and correcting a possible air-lock? This would be helpful in narrowing down causes for no water discharge.

Dolce Gusto Genio: How to repair dislodged handle

The handle on my Nescafe Dolce Gusto Genio has come lose and no longer moves the portion that pierces the capsule. Can this be repaired? If so what tools do I need?

I tried to use the refillable capsule but I figure it out it was in a wrong position into the capsule place, now I get it locked. How to fix it? Thanks!

The machine only pumps out less than luke warm coffee which I then have to heat properly in a mircowave oven to make it drinkable
