1994-1999 Dodge Neon: My speedometer dont work at all

I bought a new 1997 chevy neon and the speedometers and gauges dont work. they just lay on the left. How can i fix this

I just bought a 2000 dodge neon. The check engine light is on and im being told its because the speedometer is not working. Everything else works on the dash just not the speedometer. When i reset the gauges the needle for the speedometer moves in synce with everything else but after does not work or move at all. I had it checked at autozone and it codes P0601 came up stating PCM random access memory failure. And P0500 speed sensor malfunction and gave no suggested parts to buy. Help?

I have a Dodge Neon year 2000 that has a speedometer problem I need help when I reset the speedometer it will go to the four needle positions it's supposed to the needles move how they should as soon as I start the car the tachometer goes to the one and then it drops back down to zero none of the other gauges except for the gas gauge is working and then after about 10 seconds of the car idling the check engine light comes on there are no visible codes when I plug in my OBD2 reader what do i doI have also checked all of my fuses and relays which appear to be fine

Have changed plugs, plug wires, crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, coil pack, ignition module, and checked the neutral safety switch. Still have no fire. Why?

2000-2005 Dodge Neon: Oil leaking on spark plug boots

I have oil leaking on my spark plug boots and its starts but it struggles driving. I changed the spark plug and put a head gasket seal on the car. I have some bolts missing from the head gasket and I'm having some real difficulty getting the oil from where the spark plugs are, Any suggestions? Will replacing the bolts and getting the oil out where the spark plugs is help my car run like it used to? Please help or point me in the right direction!

speedometer does not work checked codes had p 0500 (vss bad ) replaced vss still not working (no codes ) replaced instrutment cluster .still not working .replaced engine computer .still not working . replaced connector to vss .still not working . any ideas ?
