2001-2007 Dodge Caravan: Radio Wont Turn On

Hey everyone, a few days ago I plugged in my Phone charger into my van and it started charging my phone for about 5 seconds. After that it started smoking and now the radio will not turn on. I can not play Cd's or cassette tapes either. It wont even let me use an auxiliary cord to connect to my phone for music. I'm assuming its a blown fuse but I am not sure about that. I found the fuse box in the engine but Ive looked on the internet and every website says that that fuse box doesn't have anything to do with the electronics on the inside of the vehicle but they don't say were the other fuse box would be. I have researched more and websites say there is another one but they don't say where. if you guys no where it is could you please let me know so i can get my radio fixed.

2001-2007 Dodge Caravan: Why does my air conditioner/heater fan only work on High?

Our air/heater fan only blows air when it is set on high. It makes a hooting noise when it first starts like maybe there is something in the way. I have replaced the blower fan relay switch but that had no effect.

2001-2007 Dodge Caravan: Why is my dashboard not working?

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I took it to the shop and lucky the computer was reset. However, I took it to the same shop and this second time but did not receive the same results.

Problem is...

I hit the breaks to stop at a stop sign and all power went off. All gauges went down and now I can't read my speedometer, turn signals don't work, no break lights, gas gauge doesn't work, etc... Nothing works on my dash. Tried to see if I could do a diagnostics to get error codes and nothing came up. I also have a leaky a/c problem that I need to get fixed because I live in a very humid state - could be related. I have ideas.

My guess is I need to check out the BCM and see if I blew some fuses in the process. So far I haven't found any that are blown. My radio does work, my brake fluid is fine, and I would love some feedback.

Thank you!

2001-2007 Dodge Caravan: Heat blows from dash vents only not floor or defroster

I have a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan. The dash vents are the only vents that work. It blows hot air so I don't think there is anything wrong with they heating system. There is just no air from floor vents or defroster. Years ago this was controlled by vaccum lines, but now everything is electronic. Any ideas?
