Digital2 D2-861G: Device screen dose not respond

I have a digital d2 tablet and the screen dose not respond when i touch it. Can you give me some possibilities on how to fix this problem?

Digital2 D2-861G: Tablet screen froze, and cannot reboot

The screen does not respond while I was using this device. I tried to push the power, but nothing happened. Device just frozen, no respond and cannot reboot. Anyone can help this out?

Digital2 D2-861G: Camera does not work

The camera on my digital d2 is is not responding. When i click on the camera app i get nothing but a black screen? Do you have any possible solutions on how to fix this problem?

Digital2 D2-861G: Device shows " no command" on screen & won't turn off after turned on

The screen showed an Android robot logo lying down with the chest cover open & exposing a keypad. An exclamation mark framed in a red triangle was shown beside. A foot note below the logo says “ no command”. I pressed the on/off button to try to reboot and the logo dimmed with another note: ‘Now send the package you want to apply to the device with “add sideload ”…’ shown at the bottom of the screen.

I didn't know what that note meant. I pressed the button again and that note disappeared with the robot logo turned brighter as before. I pressed more and it just repeated the scene again and again. I got stuck and cannot even turn off the device. Could this be an Android operation system problem and fixable? Thanks

where can I get a new volume rocker button for a digital 2 tablet?

Digital2 D2-861G: D2-861g stuck on boot screen

D2-861g stuck on boot screen and wont go to the main menu.

Tried 'wipe the data and factory reset' and still not going.

Would it need a firmware update/restore?
