Jazz UltraTab C855: My tablet has just a white screen.

I got this tablet which is a Jazz Utratab 9.7 dual core tablet. I have had it for years and never took it out of the box till now. I charged it and all I get is a white screen. There is absolutely nothing on it but the white screen. I tried pushing all the buttons and turning it on and off and yet I still have just the white screen. Can anyone telling me what I’m doing wrong or what I need to do?

My device will not go to my home screen on start up? The little green guy runs back and forth and it will flash the locked screen for just a second the it immediately goes back to the lil green guy running again. I have tried rebooting it and factory reset but it still does the same thing?

All I get is the little Android running back and forth. In the past I have successfully done the factory reset but now it does not work. This purchase was a big mistake, I have a Samsung also and have never had a problem with it.

My jazz ultratab had to be hard factory reset. Now, when I turn it on it goes to screen that says ultratab and wont do anything else.

I tried to do a factory reset, it took me all the way to the last question and I clicked on the box, it lit up but nothing happened. Is there anything else I can do?

I have a ulrtatab tablet 9.7" I used it a few times an now I charged it an it's not going to the main screen were all the apps are the little guy keeps walking back an forth the tablet does not turn off. What do I do?

How can I reset my tablet if it doesn't come on? I turned my tablet off and then plugged it in to charge. Now I can't get it to turn on. It wasn't completely dead when I plugged it in.
