My son put a password on his tablet and can't remember what it is I've factory reset it using the tiny pin hole button in the back but no luck it's still locked with his password. Any ideas I'd love to have this devise working again

Set up wizard would not work. I did a reset and got past that then tried to enter my gmail account. My device shows authentication problem however it shows that I have a wifi signal. How do I correct this?

My tablet is not turning on it had turned off i tried so many times holding the power button for a long time and pressing them with volume buttons but it isnot turning onn and when i connect to the charger it just shows red empt battery with indicator and i have charged it alot like 5 6 hours but still its not giving respond to any buttons but just connected to a charger and show the symbol.HELP PLEASE!

My son's DL701Q keeps shutting down even after it's been charging all night. He can play sometimes for a few minutes but other times it shuts down after a few seconds. It's very frustrating and we have been unsuccessful finding a solution to the issue online.

I know I already submitted a question about my tablet, but there's another issue I've had since I got it. The volume works just fine, it'll go up and down with no problem, but it my tablet won't play any sound unless you have earbuds, earphones, or a speaker plugged in. It drives my absolutely insane and I have no idea what's going on! Please help me!

When I try to take a picture with my tablet the screen is black when I try to take a picture of myself. However, it is perfectly fine when I try to take a picture that is not facing me the screen is no longer black.
