Digiland DL808W: Forgot passsword and cannot get in

Good Morning,

My friend has a Digiland tablet, Model #DL808 and is locked out; He cannot can't remember his password. He is severely disabled and asked me to help, however I'm not sure how to reset it? I powered off the unit, then held down the volume and power buttons to boot, but when it comes up there are 6 icons on the screen and I am unable to select any of them. any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidently deleted the English language from my digiland DL808W. I now have a foreign language on my tablet, how can I get the English language back?

I recieved the file from Digiland and placed it on a flash drive. But I’m not sure what to do next. if anyone has any idea how to do this, it would really help me out.

I want to present a PowerPoint presentation from my DigiLand LD808W Windows 10 tablet. There is only the micro USB port. I don't know if the client will be providing a TV monitor or a digital projector.

Will this device support an HDMI or VGA adaptor?

my tablet is frozen it would not let me do anything with

DigiLand Dl808w: tablet will not start up correctly, screen goes black and nothing

nothing happens, tried to factory reset, started to reinstall then screen when black and now nothing happens, screen goes dark, left it plugged in for 2 days hoping that it was still installing but nothing happens.

please advise
