i have a dewalt impact drill and the bit is stuck, im pretty sure i put the wrong bit inside and now its stuck and ive tried everything to get it out and its not working, is there a way to take it apart and then take it out or is the answer just brute force, i dont really want to damage the actual drill, i dont understand how its stuck to be honest, i think the drill holds the square type of drill bit and i put a smooth drill bit inside to do a quick job and did not have the normal drill, if anyone has any recommendations that would be awesome thank you

I have acquired a DeWalt DCD778 18V drill that works when the trigger is pulled until the trigger is almost fully in then it cuts out. Can anyone help identify what would be causing this and suggest how to fix it?

Dewalt Hammer Drill: DeWalt drill stopping when pressing the trigger?

I have a Dewalt DCD996BR 20V MAX XR Cordless. When I press the trigger, the drill starts spinning then stops and remains stuck. Pressing the trigger multiple times wont make it start unless tapping the drill. When the drill is stuck and I press the trigger, the lights near the battery turn on, but there is no responde from the drill. What could be the source of this? Also, the drill only stops when spinning to the left, but not the other way.
