The rubber cable casing has broken/torn. Is this something that needs to be replaced? Can it lead to further problems?

When I turn on the grinder, the rotor spins but seems to rattle and vibrate. It makes a lot of noise so I don't like to use it often. How can I fix this?

When I push the paddle on the grinder it tries to turn on and stops in a second. I have to unplug it a couple of times for it to finally start working

Hi,

I’m asking if there is any orbital sander or random orbital sander with dust collection that I can fix the sandpaper itself with screws from the middle?

I want to fix the sandpaper with screws because if there is any hard stuff (nails or so), the sandpaper flies out.
