However, I don't want to install it right away, because I can probably still go one year or so with the one I have in the laptop right now. How long can I store a new battery before installing it?

Tried ctrl alt shift b or whatever people said to reset GPU driver, tried different versions of drivers and tried reinstalling windows, all the same. The screen looks perfectly fine right up until the moment where Intel graphics driver gets installed and then this happens. When connecting to an external screen it looks and works fine both when duplicating the display and extending it.

I don't know, think I need to return the motherboard unless this is somehow an easy fix?
