Dell XPS 15: BIOS Flash failure, Doesnt power on

Hi,

I have Dell xps L501x and i flashed my bios. During flashing i got a blue screen which is windows error screen on windows8. Since it froze, i removed my battery and reinserted. From then on the laptop in not powering on. No sound or fan powering up. If i connect charger, the charging light on laptop is not turning on. Completely dead. What might have happened and how do i fix it? Can the bios chip be replaced or entire motherboard?

My system won't boot it will start but the screen remains green and if force shut down it will ask me either to lunch windows repair or start normally either of the one i do still it didn't work
