Dell XPS 13 plus 9320: Mic and Camera issue

My laptop fell recently, and a few days later both the microphone and camera stopped working. I consulted some technicians, and they mentioned that a cable might have become loose or disconnected, since there’s a cable running from the mainboard to the screen that also connects to the mic and camera. Is that correct? Should I open the screen to check it?

Dell XPS 13 plus 9320: The monitor is flashing on an off

I also have an XPS 9320. The camera suddenly failed (less than 3 years old) and now the monitor is flashing on an off and sometimes doesn't come on at all. It must be a failed contact or wire coming through the hinge to power both components.

i got dell laptop and i was in the middle of the process of factory reset and my battery fall short so i fail to finish factory reset and now laptop is starting but screen is showing blank how to resolve it
