Dell XPS 12 9Q23: The screen on my XPS 12

The screen on my XPS 12 9Q23 is cloudy and blotchy with light and dark gray areas making it difficult to see anything on the screen. I had stopped using it for that reason, but now it is needed again, how do I get it fixed?

Dell XPS 12 9Q23: Keyboard On but No screen

When i turn on the laptop the keyboard turns on, you can hear the fan working however no Screen display. I have to try switching on and until the screen turns on .. need help and how to fix it..?

Hello, Last Week I came back home, and I found “ clouds” on my PC’s right bottom corner. I didn’t worry about it. But today I turned on my PC. And I saw my screen all black(only couple pixels were visible). I checked prices of screen replacements, but they were kinda expensive… So.. is there any way how to fix it? My PC model is: Dell xps 12 9q23

Dell XPS 12 9Q23: New Motherboard, keeps shutting down

have a Dell XPS12. Recently installed a new motherboard wifi card and switch. Unit will power up but shuts down after a short time period. What would cause this? Have exhausted all troubleshooting known at this time.

I am not sure if they exist but I cannot find anywhere that I can buy a replacement power switch for this model. Maybe you know better? Please let me know. It is just a basic little plastic piece.

Dell XPS 12": My detachable keyboard not working even after bought a new one.

It being year since i bought the new dell xps 12 after one month keyboard stop working suddenly i did everything but no luck then I bought new keyboard and still the same problem it's not detected it at all

in the first i thought it's software issue but after formating and rest the" bios "it's could be a hardware issue..

Know I end up to conclusion it's maybe the ribbon cable the having the pins to detached with keyboard is not working

I found a new one in ebay or Walmart should I buy it or maybe its not the problem ?
