Dell XPS 10: How can I replace the battery in a Dell XPS 10 tablet?

My Dell XPS 10 tablet will only stay on when plugged in. Prior to my issue, the battery would last for upwards of 7 hours. After leaving it off for 36 hours (and still plugged in to the dock) during an international flight, it's now telling me no battery is detected. I can only have it on while plugged in to either the charger or the dock. I can't seem to find any instructions on how to open the tablet. I want to make sure the battery is seated properly, and if so, replace it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

My Dell XPS 10 will not power on. I have tried the FIX that is listed in the manual for a hard power off to no avail. The charger light comes on when plugged in as though it is charging. When I hold the power button, the charging light will blink several times, then stay solid for a few seconds before going off again.

There is no backlight being lit up, as with other people's problems with their tablets. I can see nothing on the screen. It is completely shut off and will not come on.

Dell XPS 10: Bit locker code needed

I went from Windows 8 to Windows 10. My battery discharged and when I charged it I tried to start my tablet. It comes up with a message to enter my bit locker code. I have never heard of a bit locker much less have the code. I tried all the sources to find it to no avail. PLEASE HELP !!!

Dell XPS 10: Windows Tablet cannot Select Account to continue after Blue Screen OD

When I switch on my windows tablet, it goes to a Blue screen of death then auto repairs and lands me in a blue page that asks me to Select Account to continue. Where I have

Administrator
Personal account.

This page is unresponsive and I can't choose any of the accounts to continue. Neither can I recover password. (Picture below)

There is no entry form that can bring up the keyboard either on this page.

When I restart it does the same. BSOD - auto repairs - unresponsive select account.

How can I solve this?

I have been having trouble lately with my xps10 dell tablet. It has been charging and when I try and turn it on by holding the button down for a few seconds it does not turn on. I thought at first it was the charger so I bought a new charger, it turned on one time a month ago, and then turned off because of low battery I believe. I have charged the docking station and the tablet itself. I still can not get it to turn on.

Any suggestions on what it might be, unfortunately my warranty has expired. I thought about taking it to a computer repair place, but I do not know if it is even fixable and do not want to spend money if it is not.

This just really sucks because my device is about 3 years old.

Any ideas/ suggestions would be great.

I recently dropped my tablet on the screen and now it's having a problem where he keeps blacking out and then It will go back to normal but it's only when I hold it in my left hand when I move my hand to the right side of the tablet “as in holding it from the backside ” it begins flicks black or just staying black completely
