Dell Vostro A860: My display keeps flickering and has lines going across it

There are black lines going across my screen and it flickers occasionally while I use it. They are still there even after restarting the computer.

Dell Vostro A860: Not seeing the home screen

After switching it, it starts loading then it goes back to the first step of the switching .it goes back before I see the home screen.

Dell Vostro A860: plugged in-not charging problem

I have a dell vostro a860. when i input the charger it show 'plugged in-not charging' the battery is not charging at all, earliar this problem happened sometimes but after few time it would charge again, but now it is not charging at all. how can i solve the problem?
