1. **Without the battery (Plugged into the commercial charger only):

As soon as the charger is plugged in, the Caps Lock light starts blinking continuously, even without pressing the power button.

2. On the battery only (Without the charger):

When pressing the power button twice consecutively, the fan spins for a few seconds and then shuts down completely, and the laptop fails to boot.
