Dell Vostro 1450: Is this support uefi boot option in bios

Can i boot ssd in uefi mode ,swtched to ssd from hdd ,installed windows 10 but uefi option in bios is not available and still booting in ahci mode which is not speed up the laptop operation. Is this possible to boot in uefi mode though it seems uefi mode is not supported in vostro 1450,is it

How to fix wifi connection problem, It shows connected but it's not connected..I do troubleshooting for many times but nothing happened..I saw many YouTube videos, turn on/off airplane mode etc...
