Dell Vostro 1015: My laptop dell vostro 1015 is turning on but is not boot screen?

4. and sum time ago my computer go slow .it stop whan i work (hang)

Dell Vostro 1015: My laptop screen show black but on it it shows window 7 proffesion

I was installing theme on my laptop after it get download I start I stalling on my laptop but while it was applying to laptop I suddenly shut down my laptop and after I open it its show the black screen and don't show desktop icons and task bar it show only cursor

Can I install an Intel Core Duo T9800 processor instead of an Intel Core Duo T6570 processor? If yes, then you need to install RAM with the clock speed of the new processor (1066 MHz, instead of 800 MHz), la I think? And will such an upgrade work? And one more thing: how to increase the allowable amount of RAM from 4 GB to 6 GB? I live in Russia and I need help. My laptop dell vostro 1015 is not starting...when i press the power button their is a blank screen coming..only...and nothing....only a blank screen no logo nothing..what to do..any solutions?
