Hello i have issues to read usb flash drives in the micro usb port

My tablet dell venue pro 5830 read the micro usb port to charge, but when i conect the usb otg to put any usb drive dont reconize it (appears and dessapears) so i cant use it proprertly.

also i update de BIOS to the last, and i tried with other usb otg adapters

any solutions?

Dell Venue 8 Pro: Bluetooth device stopped working

It was working. I had been using it daily with my BOSE Color Link bluetooth speaker. I dropped the tablet on the floor and may have loosened the connection internally. I tried removing the Bluetooth hardware in the control panel and also new drivers and reset the PC, but it still will not sync with my speaker. But it wants to sync it sometimes as a headset, but then tells me ,”Well that didn’t work.” But I also do not know how to open this up to look at the hardware, and if I open it up how to identify the bluetooth bit.

I tried to reset my calibration in the settings but something went horribly wrong because now it's way way off. Any way to fix it? I can not even get through the password screen because of how bad it is.

Good afternoon everyone. Long story short, I have a tablet Dell Venue 8 pro 5830 that works very well, but it is not charging its battery anymore.

It seems that the charging circuit is not working, so, while I am in parallel trying to find someone who can fix the circuit, I decided to try to build a kind of external charger for its battery.

This tablet uses a Li-polymer battery 74XCR (attached picture) and I need to find out what the pinout is for the 12 pin connector.

I am trying to build a simple charging system with a TP4056, but I am having trouble to identify what combination of wires from the 12 pin connector must be connected to the TP4056.

Does someone know the pinout for this 74XCR battery?

I have a dell venue 8pro the battery is fully charged and I have tried to reset it It's been over 24 hrs and still it reads 1percent upgrade What is the problem? Also I have left the battery drain and now I have fully charged it And I have it plugged in

Hi,

I did a hard reset on my tablet. After the process completed, the screen freeze when it came to the blue screen which says, "Hi, Lets get a few basic things out of the way").

Nothing works when I click on Next or any part of the screen.

Please how do I unfreeze the screen and get back to complete the reset to bring me to the login screen.
