Dell Venue 11 Pro: will not charge. How to fix it?

I've connected the battery charger to the tablet and nothing happens, white light that indicates chaging does not come on the tablet. When I connect the charging cable to the travel keyboard connector the light comes on indicating that it is charging. How can I get the tablet to charge?

I have a Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 that stopped powering on. It seems that it's completely dead. I have tried different reset options that were listed on Dell forums but they aren't working. I tested the charging cable and that works fine. I replaced the battery and that wasn't it, I also replaced the USB charge port board but that didn't work either. One of the last things I could try is to replace the mother board. Do you guys have any ideas on how to fix this before replacing the MB or do you think that's what will fix something like this.

Dell Venue 11 Pro: Device Will not charge or turn on.

I bought this tablet used. When I first bought it, it worked fine then the battery drained. Bought a new charger from eBay that is made for dell venue. It would not charge. tried 3 known good batteries even tried a new dell from Amazon. I’ll plug it in and the white light comes on and off again randomly.

Dell Venue 11 Pro: My Dell Venue wont "Boot"

I recently went to power on my tablet (it only turns on half the time and when it does) it gives me an all black screen with some words in the corner saying “no bootable devices found" and “run a diagnostic check". I ran the check and nothing was wrong aside from something with the harddrive, yet it still said everything was fine when the test was complete. It was working just fine a few days ago. The only thing I think could be the problem is I've been using an undersized power adapter, since as soon as I got the tablet for Christmas (which was last year, by the way) the charger broke and I had to buy a new one. The only thing I do on that tablet is draw and make art, and occasionally watch videos or listen to music. Can anyone help me? I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars to fix the stupid thing.

Dell Venue 11 Pro: Tablet has an issue with rapid charging

I have a Venue 11 Pro that won’t rapid charge with the original Dell charging brick. I even tried another Dell Venue 11 brick, so that’s not the issue . The battery discharges while in use, even while plugged in. I checked the BIOS, and it’s only charging at 3W instead of 25W. It now has to charge overnight to reach 100%, where it it used to fully charge in a couple of hours. I brought it to IFIX New York, and they want $250 to repair it — just labor, no parts need replacing, apparently. It’s not worth $250, and it’s long out of warranty. Has anyone had this problem and knows a cheap fix, or a NYC repair shop that isn’t going to gouge? Other than that issue, it’s in perfect condition and works well. Thank you.

Dell Venue 11 Pro: Won't charge won't turn turn on, charger LED change intensity

Hello after 4month remaining unused (it was working last time it was powered off) my 5130 won’t charge/turn on anymore, the top right led never turns on the only thing that happen when i detach the charging cable from the tablet is that the charger (genuine DELL) LED lowers it’s intensity for 1sec than go back to normal intensity.

What i’ve tried:

-replacing main battery

-replacing micro USB power cord

-use the docking station to charge/turn it on

-deatach the CMOS battery for some mins

-keep power button pressed for over 30sec

-keep pressing power and volume/up down keys

It seems just dead… any suggestion?

how do I bypass this I tried the method of collingdale and they said that the devices out of warranty and there is no available services for this particular device even if there was a warranty so how do I bypass it or wipe the device completely and start fresh or something

My Dell venue 11 pro suddenly stopped charging when turned on. It charges when it is off. When on it shows that it is plugged but no charge symbol. I tried holding power button in for a few minutes. I tried removing battery for while . The diagnostics shows battery is okay.
