Dell Precision M4400: Unable to get by BIOS Password

Bought a Dell M4400, understand it was a government computer. It appears to have BIOS passwords that prevents it from booting at all. It asks for a password when powered on. BIOS password removal tools do not work because the password prompt appears before the machine can boot from CD, etc. I've tried removing the battery for 5 minutes, and several other suggestions. I'm not very experienced with laptops and at a loss with one. I would appreciate any ideas. Thanks!

DELL Precision M4500: How do I unlock a BIOS password on Dell Precision M4500?

I need to unlock a BIOS password on Dell Precision M4500 laptop. The model # on the bottom is PP30LA, the Service Tag is G7QNXN1-1F5A and the Express Service Code 35296567309. It will not even let you go to BIOS without the password, states that the computer system is locked and it will not allow access to anything without the password. I have been browsing and have seen some suggestions about a jumper that is used on some models to reset or remove this password but I have yet to find it. Can anyone help? Thank you for your time.
Dell Precision M6800: Virus - Miner, CPU load, Windows 10

Hi.

I think my laptop has a virus in it, which can not be identified by windows security. In “Windows security” - ”Virus and threat protection” - ”Exclusions”, the exclusions are adding to list without my permission. If laptop is not in use for 4 minutes, the CPU stars running at 100% and as soon as i touch mouse or type any button it gets back to normal work, also if the Task Manager is opened this “thing” will not occur (all works normally).

I was advise to (buy) install Kaspersky antivirus.

Do you have another option to deal with this kind of abnormality?

Thanks!))

My “P” key stopped working on my Dell Precision M4800. I ordered THREE different replacement keyboards, one with exact same part numbers. None of the replacement kbds show up in BIOS or device mgr (as PS2). If I put the original kbd back in. It works and shows up in BIOS and device manager.
