Dell Precision 7510: Backlit keyboard stoped working

Hi 👋

After changing thermal paste I was putting components together and while installing the keyboard the ribbon cable for backlight was bent a little too much accidentally, now it had a small part of it that's seem broken, even though I tried to flatten it with my fingers, since then backlit won't work anymore and I get an error concerning touchpad when running the BIOS ' diagnosis, which I believe is normal since both touchpad and keyboard are connected to the motherboard using one ribbon cable (touchpad and keyboard work fine)

the cable is the far right one is the one for backlit :

Is there a way to fix it at home ?

Dell Precision 7510: Any way to replace the ethernet jack?

My laptop got slid off the table by my rambunctious cat, fell a couple feet then was suspended in mid-air by the cable in the jack. But now, the jack is all messed up and a cable will no longer plug into it. I did some searching and reading, and it sounds like the only way to fix it is to fully replace the motherboard. Just hoping perhaps someone has better info.
