Dell Precision 5540: 7.5% wear after 3 charges is that normal

i got a new 6gtpy and i charged it to 100% and then discharged it till the laptop turned off and the charged it again then it only charged to 80%. i had to change charge mode from "primary ac use" to "standard", then it continued to charge. i now after first cycle already got 1.83% wear. it find this a bit strange

it now up to 7,5% wear is this really normal on 6gtpy on a 96000mwh battery?

can someone enlighten me?
