Dell Poweredge R640: power Edge R640 display and boot broblem

Dell PowerEdge R640 server display vertical color bands only and runs with fans at full speed without starting the system. All LEDs are green. How can I fix this problem?

Sooo, one of my ethernet cables got forced out by accident, and now, in the ethernet port, the cable can go in and out (not fully, the cable can't slip out), but it only works, when i push the eth cable all the way in... I think smthng got broke in my port, the cable is fine, i even tried with another cable... tried to look, if there are any different, from the working eth ports.. but i can't see a thing... What should i do or check ? It's soldered to the main board, so changeing it is probably the last option..

Dell PowerEdge R740 server cannot boot after update. Stuck at loading Bios drivers. All attempts to enter Lifecycle Control also proof futile.
