<title><![CDATA[Dell Optiplex 330 SFF: Windows failed to start. Should I buy a windows 10 disc to restore?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Little brother tries to follow YouTube tutorial to get free Minecraft mod, clicks on a bad link, Dell Optiplex 780 computer shows blue screen and shuts off, it won’t reboot.</p>

<p>Black screen says</p>

<p>“Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:</p>

<p>1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.</p>

<p>2. Choose your language setting then click “Next”.</p>

<p>3. Click Repair computer</p>

<p>If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.</p>

<p>The computer was used and didn’t come with a disc.</p>

<p>The computer has windows 10 on it should I buy a Windows 10 64-BIT Reinstall Install DVD  from Amazon.com to fix this?</p>

<title><![CDATA[Dell Optiplex 330 SFF: Keyboard & mouse stop working]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>Here’s my problem:</p>

<p>I reset my pc to start over on my windows 10, everything goes normal with my mouse and keyboard until it comes to the Lock Screen where I need to put the password, my mouse and keyboard suddenly stop working for some reason (they worked when I turned on the pc, but only then they stop working)</p>
