Dell Latitude 7490: NVME SSD boot issue

I'm trying in install a new NVME SSD drive. It has been successfully cloned and boots from a connected USB adapter and cable. But is not recognized as a bootable drive in the System Admin portion of the BIOS.

On my dell latitude 7490 I encounter a slite problem. Som keys are nearly silent en some have a definitive “click” sound. The keys with the hardest click sound are the delete key and shift lock key

I already clean the dusts among the keys and but yet some of the keys need multiple clicks or harder and focus click then only will response, why is that?

Dell Latitude 7490: Screen blackout even after boot.
