<title><![CDATA[Dell Latitude 7290: My dell latitude 7290 won't boot after falling into water]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My dell latitude 7290 fell into water and the panel was socked and so as the screen but I loosed every part including the screen and dried it for 48 hours and then i turned it on and it worked  but it refuses to boot it only shows the dell icon that is displayed when turned and remains like instead of taking you into the normal home screen display where you can find apps and do whatever you want so why is it doing and how can I fix it</p>
