Well it started with blue screen and freezing until now it doesn't power on at all

Sir, I brought this laptop from my friend then 1 month passed and one day can I open it and I just move it it got the screen is shaking and I pressed the shut down button then shutdown and when I turn on again at the bottom it is being white and orange colour light I cannot open it anymore
