Dell Latitude 5431: bios brick problam cannot power on

I have a Dell Latitude 5431. When I bought it, it had a BIOS password. I removed the BIOS chip, read its contents using a NeoProgrammer-compatible programmer, and flashed a ready-made BIOS file that I downloaded from the internet.

However, after reconnecting the charger, the charging indicator LED did not light up. I removed and reinstalled the BIOS chip several times, but the laptop still does not power on. When I press the power button, a red LED lights up briefly, and as soon as I release the button, it turns off. That is the only thing the laptop does.

One important note: when I removed the BIOS chip, I forgot to disconnect the CMOS/BIOS battery. I only disconnected the main laptop battery. However, I removed the chip carefully and did not short any pins or make contact with anything accidentally.

I also tried flashing another BIOS dump, including the original BIOS backup with the old password still present, but the laptop behaves exactly the same way.

Could anyone help me diagnose this issue?
