Dell Latitude 5410: Disassembly touch screen procedure Dell latitude 5410

I have a touch screen variant of this, with a broken hinge on the right side. But the LCD /bezel is so thin, I'm convinced it will crack if I try to use a pry stick/spudger type tool to take the LCD back cover away from the LCD.

Has anyone worked on one of these with some luck?
