Dell Latitude 5300: Fix intense flickering to the point where I can't see my screen.

I can hardly see my screen, and I think it is a physical issue because someone did grab it roughly by the screen. It is flickering/glitching very bad. Please help, all help is highly appreciated. Also, getting it fixed by a professional is not an option, as I cannot afford any fix, no matter how cheap they are. I have to do this as a DIY job. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I have a dell latitude 5300. When ever i starts it, it goes it's LED battery indication light blinking 3or4 times white and 3 or 4 times orange (indication of battery low) even if the laptop is 100 charged. After many attempts i can turn on the laptop and can use it without any hesitation sometimes by doing too many restarts the laptop screen starts to flicker. Sometimes it's display gets a lesser ratio.
