Dell Inspiron 5379: one major problem is over heating

Dell Laptop 5379 2 in 1. Working well after Factory image reset when except diagnostic start nothing was starting, even resetting was not happening.

Now one major problem is over heating.

a). 2 Years old but very sparingly used. Battery showing only 54% of the life time.

Bios & Windows updated.

Still over heating. Auto diagnostic showing battery problem.

After the LAPTOP kept under fan for two to three minutes folding it ( it is foldable machine)., ventilation in fan direction, it is coming to normal cool.

Is there anything we can do to bring it to normal, if so, how.
