<title><![CDATA[Dell Inspiron 531S: PC Won't boot up!]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>My cousin's Dell Desktop won't boot up to Vista.  When he turns the machine on it goes into a black screen and says &quot;Disk Error&quot; It also states &quot;diskette 0 seek failure&quot; and to depress CTRL_ALT_DELETE to restart. I recommended this site to him for future reference cause he cannot access the web in order to get help and trouble-shoot himself.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.</p>

<title><![CDATA[Dell Inspiron 531s: Intel Pro/wireles2200BG NETWORK CONN., has driver or hardware issues?]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[<p>I have a problem with the &quot;Intel (R) PRO/WIRELESS 2200BG NETWORK CONNECTION&quot; says is experiencing driver or hardware related issues.</p>

<p>I can't get on the internet.  I tried to reinstall from original disc, also downloaded driver on flash drive to install on comp, but no luck. I was told that because originally XP came with, but I upgraded to Vista, and that is why It won't let me install the driver.</p>
