I have an old Dell Inspiron 17R 5737 I just did a Windows 10 clean install on. I did all the Windows Updates and installed all the drivers from this page. BIOS is up to date.

However, now the fans spin up and stop repeatedly every few seconds, which is very distracting and annoying. The laptop isn't especially hot. I tried to find a fan setting in the BIOS, but there's nothing.

I've been on it for a few hours but I'm out of ideas, would love some help. Thank you :)
