Dell Inspiron 14z: un able to start laptop while pressing power button

There is no response by pressing power button it starts when it want to start but when tuned off it looks like its dead

Dell Inspiron 14z: Horisontal screen lines and screen freezing.

The screen has small, white lines across the top and from time to time the screen freezes, I have found a remedy to this but it does not really work. I adjust the angle of the screen, this only fixes the freezing screen though.

help please dell 14 inspiron 5000 series not turning on. Tried taking off batt and power AC and hold power button. did it many times, no response. Fan isnt turning on. got nothing :(

Dell Inspiron 14z: Why is my power brick not working?

A recent issue has made my 2012 Dell Inspiron 14z almost unusable. Without any warning or error message, my power brick no longer charges the battery. More specifically, I plug in the power cable to the wall, see the green indicator light on the brick, plug the adapter into my laptop and for a split second, the screen indicator for battery switches to charging, but then it switches back to battery mode and the green indicator light on the brick goes off. I can charge when the laptop is off but not when it's on. Please help! I ordered a brand new adapter and it did the same thing!

So when i turn on my laptop with just the battery on it turns on but when i plug it in with the power supply in wont turn on like no sound or anything. Do i really need to replace the motherboard? I dont have enough money to do that. Im wishing there is someone here who can suggest to me an alternative solution.
